1. Guest Cancellation of Reservation
The cancellation policy of the property you have reserved will apply if you decide to cancel your stay at Prakriti Cottage. 2. Policy for Refunds
If appropriate, refunds will be handled in accordance with the particular property's cancellation policy and are contingent upon the following:
Complete Refund: The guest will receive a complete refund after 5% Convenience Charges are deducted if the reservation is canceled during the free cancellation window specified in the property's cancellation policy.
Partial Refund: Under the property's cancellation policy, guests who cancel their reservation after the free cancellation period but before the check-in date may receive a partial refund. The property will decide how much of the refund is given back, and any applicable fees or penalties may be deducted.
No Refund: The guest will not receive a refund if the reservation is canceled after the check-in date or if they fail to show up.
3. Cancellation of Reservations
In the following situations, Prakriti Cottage retains the right to cancel a reservation:
Force Majeure: Prakriti Cottage reserves the right to cancel reservations and provide guests with a complete refund in the event of unforeseeable events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, governmental regulations, or any other situation that renders it unsafe or impossible to fulfill the reservation.
Property Unavailability: Prakriti Cottage may cancel the reservation and offer the guest a full refund or an alternate accommodation of equal or greater value if the reserved property becomes unavailable for any reason, including property damage, technical difficulties, a lack of Internet connectivity, maintenance problems, or any other unanticipated circumstance.
4. Changes to Reservations
Please get in touch with the Prakriti Cottage, if you need to change anything about your reservation, like the dates of your stay. Reservation changes are contingent on availability and the property's cancellation policies. The resort may impose additional fees or charges for any modifications made to the reservation.
5. Processing Refunds
The Prakriti Cottagel will process refunds, if any, within seven to ten days following the cancellation date. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the reservation.
